The Return Policy:
If it doesn't fit or suit you,
1. You can begin a No-Question-Asked return within 4 days of the products delivery.
2. We'll issue you a 21-Day gift card within 1-2 Days of receiving your returned parcel.*
3. This card can be used over any number of transactions against all items in the store, including new arrivals and on-sale products.
*We must receive the product in an unused and resalable condition. You must ship the parcel back to us, we'll cover shipping for the new piece you take.
If there's any defect,
1. Start the return request within 4 days of delivery. You will be asked to provide images and a description of the defect in the returns portal itself.
2. Once approved, you'll have multiple refund options available, like a full refund, store credit and even a partial refund if you decide to keep the piece.**
**Claims regarding defective products will undergo an inspection by our dispatch team and may take up to 2 days to review.
Important Disclaimers:
For all returns, you are responsible for shipping the product to us. We will cover shipping for the new product. However, in case of returns due to a defective product, we will add an additional INR.100 to the selected mode of refund as compensation for your shipping cost.
