Shipping
Shipping within India is free. However, for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, we charge a nominal fee of Rs. 99. This COD fee applies only once per entire order, not for individual products.
Orders placed before 5 pm are dispatched on the same day. Here are the expected delivery times from dispatch:
1. Tier 1 Metro - 2 Working Days.
2. Tier 2 Metros - 3 Working Days.
3. Rest of India - 4 Working Days.
Please note that certain pin codes in J&K or Northeast India may have slightly longer delivery times. Additionally, deliveries may be affected by Sundays, national holidays, and state-specific holidays.
All our products are shipped via express shipping (air). However, If you require one-day delivery, please contact us before placing your order. We will verify the availability of this shipping option, inform you of any extra charges, and proceed with your order once confirmed.
Exchanges
We offer a hassle-free size exchange policy. If you need to request a size exchange, please email us at hello@preetibora.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will respond with the process within 24 hours at most. Review our complete exchange policy here.
Products shipped internationally and jewelry are not eligible for exchanges. For all apparel purchased within India, we provide free size exchanges within the same design if an exchange request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
If the required size is not in stock, we'll provide you with a gift voucher of equal value to your initial purchase. You can redeem this voucher for any item in the Preeti Bora store within 15 days from the date of issuance. Please refer to our complete policy here for more details.
Returns
We generally don't do returns, but if you receive a wrong or damaged product, you can ask for a return by emailing us at hello@preetibora.com within 48 hours of getting your order. We'll get back to you within 12-24 hours with the next steps. Just know that we'll need to check the reported issues before proceeding. You can find our full policy here.
Items shipped outside India are not eligible for returns. Domestic orders are eligible for returns in the uncommon event of receiving a damaged or wrong product. Sale products and jewelry cannot be returned unless you have received the wrong item. You can read our complete policy here.
If your claim for a wrong or damaged product is approved, we will provide you with a gift voucher equivalent to the amount you originally paid. Additionally, we will cover the shipping costs for the return. This voucher can be used for any item in the Preeti Bora store within 15 days from the date of issuance, in a single transaction. International
International orders can be placed on WhatsApp by clicking here. We accept all international MasterCard and VISA debit or credit cards. Please note that there is a nominal 3% transaction fee applied to international orders.
The delivery time varies based on your country and postal code, typically ranging from 5 to 12 working days from dispatch. Please note that USA, Canada, EU, and the Middle East tend to experience faster delivery compared to other countries.
We exclusively use FedEx International Priority for international shipments. You'll receive the current shipping rates before we confirm your order.
Our prices include Indian taxes like GST, and your order total includes shipping and transaction charges as well. However, any potential customs or duties that may be incured upon delivery are not included.
More often than not, orders are delivered without any custom charges. However, if you would like us to assist you in estimating any potential customs or duties, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you.
We cannot process exchanges or returns for international orders. We've provided a simple size guide with a video tutorial to help you choose the correct size. If you're unsure or fall between sizes, we suggest selecting the larger size because all our designs are easily alterable. Additionally, you can opt for a size consultation via phone to ensure you order the right size.
Garment Care
Preeti Bora apparel is gentle on your skin and easy to care for. For the first wash, we suggest dry cleaning. After that, simply hand-wash it in cold water. Do not to use a washing machine for garments with intricate embroidery or embellishments. To keep your clothes in great condition, always air dry them inside-out, away from direct sunlight.
If necessary, use a low-heat setting on your iron and place a clean cloth or pressing cloth over the embroidered areas before ironing. This helps protect delicate embroidery and embellishments.

We aim to provide you with an accurate representation of our products through detailed images and videos. However, it's essential to note that slight variations in color may occur due to individual screen settings and display differences. We do not employ any filters or editing that could alter the appearance of our products. What you see is what you'll receive when you order from us.
For exchanges, you are responsible for shipping the product to us. We will handle shipping the new size back to you if the item was purchased at full price. However, if the item was purchased on sale, you will be responsible for bearing the two-way shipping costs. In the event of returns being accepted due to receiving the wrong product or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the two-way cost of return shipping. When it comes to sizing accuracy, please note that each design has a different intended fit. For instance, if our size chart suggests size 40 based on your chest measurement, order size 40. However, for loose-fitting items like Kaftans, the actual garment may intentionally measure 42 or 44 inches at the chest. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask.
If you find that you prefer a different size after wearing the piece, you can request a size exchange. We recommend first-time international customers to contact us for further clarifications as size exchanges are not available outside India.
When you unpack your product, you'll find two tags: the 'Stitched Label' stitched onto the garment and the 'Hanging Tag' dangling from the product. Always verify the hanging tag – for example, if you ordered 'S (38),' the hanging tag should also indicate 'S (38).' If the 'Hanging Tag' shows any other size, even if the 'Stitched Label' says 'S (38),' there might be an unusual size mix-up. Please inform us, and we'll arrange a return.
We employ various manufacturers for different designs, and occasionally, their 'Stitched Labels' do not precisely match our size chart. This is why we always label the 'Hanging tag' with the correct intended size according to our size chart.
We value our international customers and encourage you to utilize our size guide and contact us before placing your order to ensure the right size. Unfortunately, we do not offer international exchanges at this time. International customers can contact us for a detailed size consultation if required.
Orders shipped within India are eligible for no-questions-asked size exchanges, as well as specific-case returns as mentioned in our policy.
However, items shipped outside India are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
