Exchanges and Returns Policy.
1. Exchange Eligibility:
If the size you receive doesn't fit quite right, you can easily exchange it for a different size in the same design variant you ordered. We're happy to accept size exchange requests within 72 hours of your product's delivery. Simply reach out to us at hello@preetibora.com during this time-frame to start the size exchange process.
3. Return Eligibility:
We typically do not accept return requests. However, if you receive a wrong item or a product with any manufacturing defect, email us at hello@preetibora.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will respond within 24 hours with the next steps. Please note that the product issues are subject to verification before a return is accepted. Once we receive the product, you will receive a gift card for the full value of your purchase, and we will also cover the two-way shipping costs for accepted returns.
3. Out of Stock Items:
In case of size exchanges, if your desired size is out of stock, we've got you covered. We'll provide you with a gift card equal to your original purchase value. This gift card will be valid for 14 days from the date of issuance and can be used for any item in our store.
